I'm taking part in 'The Big Sleep Out' 2019 in support of Northampton Hope Centre. This is a fantastic charity that works to support homeless people in the local area through food banks, emergency housing and education/training.

The Big Sleep Out means that on February 1st, I will be joining the group for a night of sleeping rough (7:30pm to 7:30am) as well as being issued challenges by staff throughout the night. I expect it to be a real eye opening experience.
