For those of you who knew my Mum knew what a wonderful woman she was.

On Sunday 3rd May 2015 my mum lost her brave and short fight to a Stage 4 (highly aggressive) cancerous brain tumour. She was 62 years old.

The staff at Marie Curie made her final days comfortable and were extremely supportive to our family. My mum called them "angels without wings" as she couldn't have put it better.

Losing a parent is the hardest thing for anyone to do but knowing she was so well looked after was so comforting. 

Please dig deep people and support Sarah and Phil in not only a personal challenge for them both but in aid of such a wonderful cause.
