We have set up this page to raise money for Ajmer Singh Basi, beloved, husband, son, father, brother, uncle, friend and postman for over 45 years to the local community.

Ajmer passed away on Thursday 28th February after an 18 month struggle with oesophageal cancer.

He spent his last few days in Myton Hospice where he was cared for with compassion and expertise by the staff there.  The environment and surroundings were pleasant and calm both for him and his family.

One of Ajmer's last requests to his family was that donations should be made to Myton Hospice on his behalf.

He left us only 5 weeks after his father, Ranjit Singh Basi, passed away.
