Horray!  Completed the Virgin London Marathon in 3hours 37mins. This was 5 minutes faster than when I last took part in it back in 1996.

What an amzing day - perfect weather and brilliant crowd support.

I am hoping to raise more than £2,000 for LOROS this spring.  As well as running the London Marathon I taking part in various other events.

I've hosted 2 marketing seminars at The Waterfront in Market Harborough - where much of the money raised to date has come from.
