Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Albanwise Insurance Services has chosen Scotty's Little Soldiers as their nominated charity, and together with team members from the wider Albanwise Wallace Estates Group, plus other friends and colleagues, we are going to walk a ten mile course across twelve London Bridges on Sunday October 9th.

Scotty's Little Soldiers was formed when the inspirational Nikki Scott  BEM lost her husband who at the time was serving in the Royal Tank Regiment in Afghanistan, and she saw the impact that this traumatic life event had on their two children. She set the charity up to help children dealing with similar tragic circumstances to smile once again, and this has gone from strength to strength - you can see the amazing work that they do with bereaved Armed Forces children at www.scottyslittlesoldiers.co.uk.

To raise some much needed funds for the charity we will be walking across twelve bridges on the Thames from Albert Bridge to Tower Bridge, a walk of about ten miles in total. Any donation that you can make would be greatly appreciated, and if you are able to Gift Aid it as well, the charity receives another 25% from HM Government, so do tick the box. Many thanks for your generosity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
