On Monday 9th November I'll be stepping out of my comfort zone and paddle-boarding 8km to raise money for The Mare and Foal Sanctuary. I'll even be collecting rubbish along the way!

The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is an equine charity that provides lifesaving care for horses and ponies who have faced trauma, abandonment and neglect. Through their education work, they bring horses, ponies and people together to benefit each others health and wellbeing.

I know that during these challenging times the Sanctuary needs community support more than ever to continue their amazing work, so I'd be incredibly grateful for your sponsorship or words of encouragement to support me to complete this challenge.
