Story
Hi All,
On the 9th AprilI will be completing the Spring Wolf, which is said to be the toughest of all Wolf Runs. The Wolf Run is a 10km assault course which embraces the harsh bite of Winter. The once refreshing streams and lakes become brutal and challenging with the ice-cold water.
I am completing the Wolf Run to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society to help support a cause which is close to my heart and those of my family and friends.
Dementia can happen to anyone and there's currently no cure. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and the number is set to rise to 1 million by 2021.
At Alzheimer's Society, we believe passionately that life doesn't end when dementia begins. We are here for anyone affected by dementia, and we do everything we can to keep people with dementia connected to their lives and the people who matter most.
Thank you for visiting my Just Giving Page, and any donation no matter how small will contribute greatly to The Alzheimer’s Society’s continual Fight against Alzheimer’s.
Kind Regards,
Amie Vantomme
