Lockdown and the closure of schools has had a huge negative effect on vulnerable kids so I've decided to run the Sunderland City Half Marathon for the NSPCC to help them get the best support possible.

All across the nation, people are creating a stir, making a splash and stepping up to raise vital funds and help protect children. Whether its a cake sale, a head shave, or a skydive, the more people who join us, the more we can help children. When a child is free from abuse, they're free to dream again. Whatever you do, do it for the NSPCC.
