Story
Hi
I am part of a team from Michael Page, which on 12th June this year is looking to conquer the .
Last year I had the honour of helping at one of the Christmas Parties organised for the children at . Dressed as a dalmatian, I witnessed at first hand how much support GOSHCC needs to make life as enjoyable as possible. A truly moving experience.
I will be supporting our charity partner of the year, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC). was founded in 1852 and is one of the world’s leading Children’s hospitals. It receives more than 200,000 patient visits every year from children all over the world. For many of the children treated at the hospital it’s their last hope.
GOSHCC faces a mountainous task of raising £50million every year to support this vital work. Michael Page is looking to do its bit and provide enough funds for a new adolescent’s recreation room.
I would like to raise as much as possible. Beyond that lies the challenge itself - the – Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough. An arduous 25 mile hike, that takes in 5000 feet of climbing – and all in under 12 hours.
If you like the idea of me suffering and not being able to move the day after and want to help a charity dear to me, please donate generously. Don’t forget I only normally walk 5 miles with my golf clubs!
Thanks in advance for generously supporting our efforts in aid of GOSHCC and all the children these funds will go on to help.
