This year has been incredibly hard for so many people,  I have suffered with my mental health and found many things extremely difficult to deal with. 

However during lock down, one of the things I have been able to do is keep running, I found it was one thing I can do to forget about everything else. So I have taken the opportunity of running the Virtual Snowdon Marathon, with little preparation (I signed up on the 13th October) to raise awareness of mental health issues and raise much needed funds for Mind Monmouthshire. I must be mad, those who know me will more than likely agree  ! 

Mind Monmouthshire have been a huge help and support to me personally, please give what you can to help this charity continue to reach out to those in need in what has been the most turbulent years ever.
