I am running the Sheffield Half Marathon in memory of one of my best mates from university, Jez Robinson. He was loud, funny, generous and one of the nice guys. Sadly he suffered from Lymphoma and was taken far too young.

I have run a couple of 10 k events and thought I should stretch myself. I plan to break 2 hours, so dig deep and inspire me to meet my target.
