On the 31st December 2013 my family's life was turned upside down with the news of my sisters's partner had Germ Cell Cancer. After four chemotherapy treatments we had the news delivered that the treatment hadn't been successful and the only other option was High Dose Chemo with Stem Cell Transplant. This had to be done in Hammersmith Hospital in London where he would have to stay for a number of weeks. Being we live in Wales the distance of travel would be added stress to an already difficult anxious time. Luckily at the Hammersmith Hospital the Karen Morris Memorial Trust has accommodation available for people in our situation. Taking away the stress of finding somewhere to stay enabling you to spend more time with your love one and to be close by. 

I'm sure you would agree with me this is a charity worth supporting as I know this has been a godsend to my family and I would ask you to support me in raising as much as we can so other families have the continued use of the accommodation that is provided not just here but in two other hospitals
