I will be taking part in the Aberdovey Bike Ride 2019, not quite sure yet whether I can face the four day challenge yet as usual, although I am considering it!! (There was too much walking up 20% hills pushing my bike last year.......) I am gradually talking myself into it..........

Although there is a lot of climbing,  the reward is some awesome descending, and raising money for a fantastic cause!

All cyclists pay their own costs, and the support crew donates their time for the love of raising a LOT of money for charity, so every penny you donate goes to charity. This is the fifth year that I will be taking part.

I have chosen to support the charity Social Bite again this year. The charity feeds homeless people and takes a lucky few from the streets, supporting them all the way to full time employment.
