On the 6th May 2012, I am going to be taking part in Ben's Sponsored 12 mile Walk/Run.

It will be my fourth year participating in this amazing event and I hope to make this years amount of money raised by myself even better than I have managed before. I will be aiming this year to run the majority of the way with the occasional rest lap here and there!!

Every year this event is truly touching. Seeing so many of us running in memory of our friend Ben Johnson and to also support a charity with such a great cause. 

I am always so proud to be part of such a great day and this is where you can help me.

Any donation no matter how big or small will help and it will be really appreciated!
