After my pathetic effort training for the Grim challenge in December, I thought I would sign up to raise some money for charity.  The idea being that I if I do get sponsored I will then have to do the race - the Fleet Half Marathon - and therefore also the training!!  I am aiming for a time of 2 hours which will beat my time last year by 11 minutes.

 

I have chosen to support St Mungo's who do a great job helping homeless people in London:
