In summer 2010 I ran the 5k Race for Life and managed to raise a total of just over £300 for Cancer Research - a big THANK YOU to those of you who supported me (either through donations or encouraging words!).

This year I am doing the Asics 10k in London and I decided to run in memory of my sister, Tina, who died of sudden cot death aged 6 months, in 1974.Please help me support the work of the Foundation for the Study into Infant Death (FSID) which is an incredibly important charity.
