Story
My mum and I have been training hard and will be running a 10k race around Battersea Park. I have no doubt that my mum will beat me!
We decided to participate to raise money for the charity Beat.
21 years ago my granny, and Jenny's mum, Nancy Pearce founded the Eating Disorder Association, now known as Beat.
Beat is the leading UK charity for people with eating disorders and their families. Beat provides a wide range of services, from help lines for adults and young people to online support and a UK-wide network of self-help groups to help people beat their eating disorder.
Beat , over the last 21 years, have continually provided services to those affected by eating disorders. With your help this work can continue, grow and reach out to more people.
If you would like to know more about the work Beat does please visit their website....
