I am hoping to raise some much needed money for this charity that assists in research and care of those with the condition cystic fibrosis. I have a family member who had suffered with the condition all his life until recently he was given a lung trasplant, this would not have been possible with out research and care from CFtrust and charities like it. 

My personal goal is to smash that -2hr barrier ive been trying to do my previous 4 great north runs. Above all i expect to enjoy the great event.
