On Saturday 11th November at 11am I will be taking part in a sponsored microlight flight at Exodus Airsports, St.Albans.

I will be raising money for The Compassionate Friends charity to acknowledge the valuable work they do and to say thank you for all the support they have given me over the last 20 years.

The Compassionate Friends is a charitable organisation for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents dedicated to the support and care of other similarly bereaved family members who have suffered the death of a child or children of any age and from any cause.
