Hi All,

Just thought I'd share with you the beginning of the 'OG Foundation - Come on Legs!' Jeff took great pride in referring to himself as 'OG' (Old Git!), so it seemed a fitting name! And his mantra of 'Come on legs!' will help us through all of the gruelling activities we have signed ourselves up to over the next 12 months!

Us Adams' don't do things by halves, so have decided to try to do something positive out of something negative.

Jeff died on 06.09.2013, so we have decided to try and do as many difficult, tiring, challenging things as possible in 12 months to raise as much money as we can in his memory. All money raised will be going to the Coronary Care Unit in Morriston Hospital a year to the day 06.09.14!

If we manage to pull this off in the style I think we will, I feel we will have achieved something that Jeff would have been incredibly proud of.

We've tried to find lots of different things at different levels, so there should be something for everyone from walks to marathons! However, if you would like to support with your wallet, rather than sweat and tears - you are in the right place! All donations are very gratefully received!

As I write this, we are already a Half Marathon & a 2k swim under our belts for this very worthy cause.

The target I would like to get to is £5,000, but I am convinced we can smash that!

Anyway, enough rambling now - I just wanted you to know our plan.
