This photo of Jacqui, Michelle, Shirley and I was taken on our annual girls ski holiday exactly 12 months before we got the sad news that Jaqui's cancer was back but in true Jacqui style she continued positive and even continued with the bike challenges that she so loved. She was a regular on the dream challenges rides, doing  Cycle Cuba (among others) and most recently India raising many 1000's for the causes. She was inspirational to say the least and very much loved. We will miss her dreadfully but her legacy will live on......... for one she persuaded me and others to do this challenge so I am now on the case and I hope she would be proud of me.

Please help Shirley (also doing this challenge) and I to raise funds for these much needed charities. 

 I am not a cyclist so any tips on getting cycle fit and training my bum to last 7 hours a day in the saddle would be much appreciated!
