I have never been particularly sporty or good at motivating myself into exercise & certainly still find it a big challenge but after having completed the London Marathon (something I never thought I could achieve) I realised the power of friends and family coming together in loving support and all contributing towards an amazing cause. GOSH means a lot to my family - especially my brother and sister in law after the fantastic care they gave to my nephew Oscar shortly after he was born and ever since. I am proud to take on my next challenge for this wonderful hospital and charity. 

The London Sprint Triathlon includes a swim in Victoria Docks followed by a bike ride and finishing with the run.
