On Sunday 26th June 2016, 10pm I will be starting my 24hr gaming marathon with the support of a few friends to raise money while doing something we all enjoy... Below is my short story :)

My name is Liam Smith, I was casually strolling through my Facebook news feed on 11/05/16 when an advert popped up with a suggestion to raise money by a 24hr gaming session, when I saw and read this advert it got me thinking! This is something I feel I could do, it would give me a great reason to do an activity I thoroughly enjoy at the best of times with the added bonus of raising money for an outstanding charity which I hold So close to my heart!<3 

The reason why I have chosen Beth's Inspiration charity is because The charity was set up in memory of my cousin Beth who passed away in 2013, They offer help and support to young people who are suffering from cancer. They do this in a number of ways, some of which are listed below:

Short breaks for cancer patients and their family/friends
Provide iPads/Computers that can help alleviate boredom during treatment
Days out/one off experiences
Donate television/toys to cancer wards and homes to reduce distress where possible
