This year the club is raising money for Newcastle United Foundation to support the Be a Game Changer Campaign.
Be A Game Changer was set up to encourage people to talk openly about mental health and to provide tips on how to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year - that's almost 13,000 fans at every football match at Newcastle United.
So we all need to look after our mental health, just like we look after our physical health.
