Thanks to all who have been so generous! We are just over a quarter of the way to making a half marathon much more difficult! Come now make me struggle!!!

A close friend of mine (who many of you may have known), Shaun Bowden died recently while we were walking in Scotland, a thing he loved doing. Glencoe Mountain Rescue risked their lives to find him and bring his body back. I’m running St Albans half marathon to raise money for Glencoe Mountain Rescue.  If you can help me raise some money for this amazing group of people that would be ace!

Thanks!
