My claim to fame is that I once beat Ryan Moore in an amateur riders' race at Warwick in 2001 - He finished fifth and I was fourth - but that is beside the point! I am now very lucky to have been given the opportunity to ride in the most prestigious charity race on the globe and if I can raise a few quid and allow people the chance to have a good laugh at my 'unique' riding style on June 17th, then so be it!

Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan and I'm very proud and feel privileged to be able to support them and have some fun riding around the Knavesmire at the same time!
