I am raising money for the Willberry Wonder Pony Charity (https://www.willberrywonderpony.org/), a cancer charity set up by a young event rider, Hannah Francis, who very sadly was diagnosed and subsequently died, from bone cancer earlier this year.

Cancer is a terrible disease. As well as the heart breaking story
of Hannah, I have also had close friends diagnosed with cancer this year and one of my horses, Scout, is also sick and undergoing treatment for melanoma.  Quite frankly, I’m sick of hearing the ‘C’ word and don’t believe it should still be here in the 21^st Century!!!

To raise money for Hannah’s inspiring charity, I have decided to enter the Wobbleberry BE80 Event Challenge which takes place in autumn 2017!!

This is a serious challenge for someone who hasn’t competed much, who is unfit and has a nervous breakdown every time I enter anything!

Who am I?  Someone who has an overactive imagination (always
imaging the worst) and is terrified of competing! I would love to get out and about with my horse Dal more, but my nerves always stop me.  Not only is this an opportunity to raise some cash for an amazing charity, but it’s also a chance for me to push myself…No excuses!!

I’m likely to make a big fool of myself (due to me being clumsy/massively accident prone/always saying and doing the wrong thing), but I hope this will encourage people to support me and, therefore, a worthy cause.

All money raised will go straight to the Willberry Charity;
