Story
As some of you will now be aware, Andrew Barningham sadly died on 5 September. This was due to a particularly aggressive form of cancer.
For those that didn't know him, Andrew has been integral to our Club, in both the Mini/Junior Section and the Touch squad. He carried out several roles - Player, coach, referee, first aider and a committee member - a great servant to the whole club over many years.
We are all shocked and deeply saddened and we are sure you will want to pay your respects.
The Funeral service is at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Nantwich on Wednesday 21st September at 11.00am and laid to rest in Whitehouse Lane Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, please for Cancer Research UK (via this Just Giving page if preferred).
Rugby was central to Andrew in all its forms and several teams across the club will have their first match of the season dedicated to him with a minute silence and memorial armbands.
Naturally our thoughts rest with all of Andrew's family.
RIP Andrew.
