Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July 2014, my Nan, Juney, passed away peacefully in the care of St Michael's Hospice. She'd been ill for quite some time, but just faded away at the end.

My family and I would have found it a million times harder if it weren't for the support of the staff at the hospice. However, they get very little funding from the NHS and rely on outside support to keep going.

In May, I wore one dress every day for a month (and wrote about it at www.caitlinandherdress.com).  In August my boyfriend Andy and I are running the York 10k, and in September we'll be doing the Great North Run. Andy has much longer legs and can run much faster than me but has the patience to get me to the finish line.
