MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity dedicated to people with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), their families, friends and carers.

Last year my Uncle Mike lost his long fight with Motor Neuron Disease. Since his death, his family and friends have worked tirelessly to raise money in his memory and to help those afflicted with this terrible disease. 

This is my first attempt at running a 10k and will do so in memory of Mike and in the process, I hope to raise as much as I can for the great work that MND Scotland do.
