CareyFest will be held on Saturday 7th May from 2-5pm at Maidstone Grammar School for Girls. This event is in memory of Carey Lander who sadly lost her battle with cancer a few months ago.

We welcome anyone who knew, loved or admired Carey and anyone who wants to support us in raising as much cash as possible for Sarcoma UK. Carey spent her last days bravely & tirelessly raising awareness & money for Sarcoma UK and her determination saw her raise in excess of £100k for this wonderful charity.

Carey was an incredible person who won over many hearts & minds with her wit, dignity & style. She was also a particularly talented musician and much respected member of the band Camera Obscura.

We hope you will join us at the school she attended to celebrate her incredible life, share anecdotes & stories and, of course, raise lots of money. There will be a suitably glamorous raffle as well as vintage stalls & even a specially compiled & dedicated playlist in her honour to keep you entertained.

So don your leopard print rags & red lippy (or not, as you prefer!) and make sure you bring plenty of cash!
