In November I lost my wonderful, funny, kind, loving Dad to a sudden heart attack. He was healthy, active and in the prime of his life and it proved to me that something like this can affect any one of us at any time. 

The wonderful people who worked with my Dad have organised this event in his memory to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and the amazing work they do to battle cardiovascular disease. My Dad would have been the first to sign up to an event like this and I'm so excited to be taking part. Any money you can spare in sponsorship, whatever the amount will be immeasurably appreciated.
