If you've read my blog you'll know that I've been asking for challenges to help me Face My Fears and learn about myself in the process.

One of the challenges was to do something physically terrifying - so I've signed up to fo a Tandem Skydive, as what could be scarier than throwing yourself out of a plane?!

I'm doing the jump in aid of Mind, the Mental Health Charity. I've had personal experience of Mental Health issues and I know plenty of other people with similar experiences, so this is a charity that's close to my heart.
