Hi all,

I have decided that I am going to run the Limassol Half Marathon (21km) next Sunday, having never run a long race before and with only a day's training under my belt. Although I have left it very late, I hope to raise as much money as I possibly can for a brilliant organisation called Plastic Oceans who aim to create awareness for the unbelievable and detrimental effect plastic production is having on our planet. 

Again, this is very last minute so I don't expect anyone to break the bank but every little helps.
