Its that time of year again...the countdown to marathon 3/21 has begun! Running in memory of my grandmother, Gwendoline, I will once again be dragging my aching limbs around the 26.2 miles to raise money for the National Osteoporosis Society.

Osteoporosis is condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break. The National Osteoporosis Society works tirelessly to support the 3 million+ people suffering from this painful and debilitating disease. I run to help make their vital work possible.
