This fundraising page is set up in Loving Memory of my wonderful Dad, Chris Clements.

My Dad supported my Mum, Ann Clements through cancer this year and was with her every single step of the way. He passed away happy (over the moon) that she received an all clear scan only a few days before.

He was so very passionate about supporting a charity that does so much for people who are living with Cancer. He would have wanted to raise as much as possible for people going through such a harrowing and scary experience and we know that he’d smile to know that funds have been raised for this amazing charity.

We will be very grateful for any donations in Dad’s honour to either of the two amazing charities (The other linked page is for Diabetes UK). Once you donate, the money is sent directly to the charity via Justgiving.
