Following the recent passing of our dear Dad & Brother, with Chris's wishes in mind we have set up this fundraising page.  Chris requested family flowers only at his funeral and asked friends that would like to,  donate to this Charity in his memory.

This Charity is close to our family's hearts, donations will help terminally ill adults enjoy some quality time with their families before they reach the end of life .. "Don't count the years, count the memories"
