Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This fundraising page is in the memory of John Graham-Martin a mate of mine who passed away 2 years ago after a long and strong battle against a brain tumour.

Repeating what I said 2 years ago when I signed up for the first triathlon and started this Just Giving site...

...For those that didn't know him, John was a mentor and strength to  many whilst a wit and joy to others...a rare combination.

The Myton Hospice Group did an incredible job of looking after John, who batlled bravely for 18 months against the odds with an impossible brain tumor.. choosing not to burdon anyone with his frustration or pain.

For those that did not know John, sponsor me because you know that given my latest injuries, aches and pains I will struggle and may wobble before the finish...a funny thought. Also sponsor me because it is right to fund Brain Tumour UK.

For those that did know John, then sponsor me because it is a payback for the memories he leaves us with

Look at my team page to find out what fundraising events i am doing in return for your donations. https://www.justgiving.com/teams/chrislawrie00-2013
