Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most of you will know, back in March last year, my best friend passed away from injuries sustained in Afghanistan. Dan Prior and I often talked of running a marathon together, but sadly we never got the chance. I will be running the Brighton Marathon in april in memory of Dan, raising money for the Child Bereavement Charity - a cause which provides support to families who have lost children, or to children who have suffered the loss of a parent. This is a cause I feel very strongly about, since Dan leaves behind his young son Logan. I am already so very grateful that many of you will have already donated money directly to Logan as part of the seaford half marathon back in June, but if you could kindly give anything you can spare and sponsor me to run the marathon it will be hugely appreciated and will make a difference for many. Plus, if you sponsor me I will have no excuse for bailing out! My target is 500 pounds - a do-able target methinks.

Thanks for reading. See below on how to donate...
