I am running in memory of my former Cardiff University colleague, Kevin Leonard. 

Kev was universally loved and respected by us all. He was, without a doubt, the nicest person I've ever met. 

A fellow Bluebird and Wales football fanatic, Kev was a dedicated and accomplished runner. He was a massive fan of the Cardiff Half and first conjoled me into running it in 2016. 

Before we lost Kev to cancer in 2021, I promised him I'd run it again - it's now time to honour my promise.
