I'll be running the British 10k in July in celebration and remembrance of our little boy, Matthew Coates. The race takes place a few days after his 2nd birthday so will be a lovely way to remember him and raise much needed funds for the Lullaby Trust (formally FSID).

If you are a parent, then your baby will already have a better start in life through their work that has spanned the last 20 years.

The support they have given our family has been invaluable. Through CONI (care of next infant), they have provided us with the resources to cope with the worries that come during the early days of a new baby; such as weight charts, a breathing monitor and infant first aid. 

We never thought that we would need to access this sort of support but are enormously grateful that it is here.

Please support me in raising funds to help other families who have suffered the tragic and sudden loss of a baby as well as funding research to help families in the future.
