Story
On 22 November I sadly lost my cousin to Leukaemia.
In 2007 he was first diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia (APML) and fought bravely to overcome this to return to full health. In October 2012, doctors found a secondary leukaemia which was caused by the chemotherapy 5 years ago and this time he was not so lucky.
James's passing has affected many people and without charities such as Leukaemia Research he could have been lost 5 years earlier. In his memory, I would like to raise money for the charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research so many more people can benefit from their great work.
