Hi there, My name is Claire and  I work for The flicka Foundation.

 The Flicka Foundation rescue more animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment!

On the (24th/25th) June I will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime when I complete a tandem skydive, which involves jumping out of a perfectly good plane from 15,000 feet, falling at speeds of around 120mph! The Flicka Foundation is a registered charity and currently cares for over 100 donkeys and horses at their Cornwall-based sanctuary, all of whom have been rescued from situations of abuse, neglect and abandonment and given a safe home for life. They are now celebrating their 21st anniversary and have rescue and rehabilitated well over 600 animals over the years.

It costs close to £90,000 per year to feed and care for the residents at the sanctuary and this doesn't include staff and volunteer time, essential site maintenance or equipment.  It is only with public support and fundraising events that they are able to continue their vital work, so thank you so much for helping to make a difference.
