Collective Architecture is taking part in a charity event called "ITS A KNOCKOUT" a competitive obstacle race hosted by CCG a glasgow based construction firm. 

We will be raising money for Life For A Child a remarkable charity giving life saving medication to children suffering from Type 1 diabetes in less resourced countries. 

Life for a Child is an International Diabetes Federation program, with the vision: NO CHILD SHOULD DIE OF DIABETES

Type 1 diabetes is a lifelong condition requiring daily insulin injections, blood glucose monitoring, education and specialist health care.

Access to this life-saving treatment is often difficult, and sometimes impossible, to achieve in less-resourced countries. Without support, many young people die soon after being diagnosed. 

For $1 a day we can keep a child Alive with Type 1 diabetes
