Copey's cadets will be working in partnership with Jeff Wood personal trainer on Saturday 12th September as part of the Blood cancer awareness month. The team will be rowing, cycling and carrying out a general fitness programme between 10am and 4pm.

Copey's cadets are a group of people who have come together to raise awareness for Bloodwise in memory of John Copeland who died suddenly from non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2013. together they have taken part in many fundraising activities such as a skydive, truck pull and a 20 mile walk.

Bloodwise is the UK blood cancer charity that help improve the lives of patients with blood cancers. every year they stop more people from dying of blood cancer, and their researchers are even working to stop people developing blood cancer in the first place.
