Kicks Count (previously Count the Kicks) is a UK registered charity that aims to empower mums to be with knowledge and confidence throughout their pregnancy.  

The UK currently has the second worst stillbirth rate in the developed world. A key aim for Kicks Count is to reduce the UK stillbirth rate by educating pregnant women on the importance of monitoring baby's movements and having the confidence to report changes.  

A baby's movements indicate its well-being and by understanding their baby, mums can be empowered to trust their instincts, enjoy their pregnancy and ensure the healthy delivery of their baby. 

The charity is run by volunteers and relies on public donations to be able to produce leaflets, awareness stickers and develop their movement tracking app. Just £5 allows Kicks Count to print enough leaflets for midwives to handout to 350 mums.
