We did it in 2016 and we're back again for more. Yes, that’s right, we’ve signed up for another Rough Runner!

If you’re not familiar with Rough Runner, it’s a 10km obstacle race – we will get wet and we will get muddy.

The next few weeks will see us take on the gym, the countryside and many a HIIT session all in a bid to tackle the course.

If you'd like to sponsor us, this year we've chosen to raise money for Oxford Children's Hospital and we'd really appreciate the sponsorship. In return, we will of course be sharing our journey as well as photos and videos from the day - if last year is anything to go by we know these will provide entertainment value!
