Story

Thanks for visiting the just giving page in memory of David Drake-Brockman, who died on 10th December 2009 in his sleep after a long illness.

We have decided to support the National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society and would encourage anyone who would like to make a donation in his memory to do so via this page. I'm sure many people will not know that he suffered from this condition for large parts of his life and we are sure he would love any contributions to go to them.

Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of arthritis that mainly affects the lower back.

About the charity

NASS is only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting people with axial spondyloarthritis (AS), a painful, progressive rheumatic disease which mainly affects the spine. An estimated 200,000 people live with AS in the UK. Our 90+ branches across the UK offer regular exercise to anyone with AS.
