Ar y 21ain o Ebrill, 2014 - y dydd y byddai Mam yn 70 oed - mi fyddaf yn cerdded terfyn plwy Trawsfynydd, taith fynyddig o tua 33 milltir, mewn un diwrnod.
On 21st April 2014 - the day my mother would be 70 yrs old - I will be walking the mountainous perimeter of Trawsfynydd parish, a walk of about 33 miles, in one day.
Bu farw Mam o'r afiechyd creulon hwn ar 25 Awst 2013.
My mother died of this cruel disease on 25 August 2013.

Roedd Mam yn ddynes iach a chryf oedd wedi gweithio'n galed ac newydd ymddeol a dechrau mwynhau ei bywyd efo'i ffrindiau, efo 10 o wyrion ifanc a blynyddoedd o hapusrwydd o'i blaen. Ond mi'i thrawyd gan glefyd sydd i fod yn brin, ond sy'n llawer rhy gyffredin, sydd angen cyfraniadau i ymchwilio i iachad iddo. Dylai yr un person a theulu orfod dioddef y fath felltith.
Mam was a healthy, strong woman who worked hard and had just retired to start enjoying life, with 10 granchildren to love, but was struck by the cruelest of diseases, one that is considered rare, but is all too - and increasingly - common. Research into finding a cure for MND depends wholly on donations. Please help find a cure so no other person & family have to go through this tragedy.
