Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Rosemary Smith, co-founder of the Data Protection Network and Opt-4 sadly passed away in April this year, after putting up a tremendous fight against cancer.

She was an inspiration to all who knew her.  Her family, friends and colleagues would like to raise as much as possible for Marie Curie, who provided much needed support when it was most needed.

She will always be remembered and will be at the heart of our special event on board the HQS Wellington in September.

Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.
